ASTT gets festive for Christmas

Over 300 families, friends and volunteers attended the annual Christmas party hosted by the Autistic Society of Trinidad and Tobago (ASTT) last Sunday 6th December at Autism Place in D’Abadie. DJ David and friends, La Nueva Experiencia, Los Amigos Cantadores, and singers from Faith Assembly Church supplied festive music for the event. ASTT also received a surprise visit from Anderson Duff “Michael Jackson,” who met with families and danced to some of MJ’s songs. Other activities provided for patrons included face painting, balloon sculpting and bouncy castles.

ASTT’s Vice President, Gina Mohammed, staff, executive members and volunteers from St. Augustine Girls High School, Bishops/Trinity East College, and members of the Rotaract Club assisted with the event ensured there was lots to eat and drink.

ASTT was also visited by Santa Claus, who distributed gifts and treats.

The executive and the families of ASTT wish to extend season’s greetings to all, and especially to those who contributed to the success of this annual event.
