On behalf of the Board and members of the Autistic Society of Trinidad and Tobago I wish to extend our heartfelt sympathy to Tracy Hutchinson Wallace’s family, friends and peers at Autism Spirit and the Bethesda Catholic Community.
The autistic community has lost a passionate advocate and friend.
We remember her attendance at meetings and conferences pleading for legislative and policy changes to be made for children with disabilities, especially in the education system. While working with Habitat for Humanity, she shared pertinent information at our 2018 Annual General Meeting, advocating for housing for persons with disabilities.
Tracy will be missed and we hope that her desire for autistic children and persons with disabilities to be treated with fairness and respect will be fulfilled in the near future.
Her family will have wonderful memories and know that LOVE never dies.
Rest in peace Tracy.
